Kyle Lance, PT, DPT

Owner, Physical Therapist

Kyle Lance is one of the co-founders of Transform Rehabilitation.  Achieving his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Scranton, Kyle utilizes an all-encompassing and evidence based approach to treating his patients.  He has a passion for orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric patients. Having treated athletes of all ages and abilities from childhood to retired olympians; his experience allows him to deliver a personalized approach for each individual.  Kyle spends his free time running, working out, and hanging out with his wife and dog. He currently resides in Whitehall, PA and is a diehard Eagles fan.

Thomas Fraind, PT, DPT

Owner, Physical Therapist

Thomas N. Fraind is one of two co-founders of Transform Rehabilitation. A doctor in physical therapy, Thomas embraces the concept of evidence-based practice. He utilizes current research to incorporate scientifically validated methods into his daily practice. Thomas has experience with treating neurological, vestibular, concussion, and orthopedic patients in multiple settings. Thomas is also an avid “gym rat” having over 15 years of personal experience with weightlifting, sports performance, and nutrition. His hobbies are complementary to his practice which creates passion for his expertise.  He currently resides in Allentown, PA.

Meg Findle

Megan Findle, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Megan Findle graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in September 2020. With experience in a wide variety of settings during her clinical education, Megan feels most passionate about orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric populations. She strives to deliver compassionate, individualized, and evidence based care to each patient. With a love for fitness and the outdoors, Megan’s hobbies include running, kayaking, and hiking. Megan has recently moved to Jim Thorpe, PA, and although still a Marylander at heart, she is excited for this next chapter in her life.

Steven Guthrie, PTA

Physical Therapy Assistant

Steven Guthrie is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant.  Steven has a passion for movement based therapy.  When he was 19, he got Lyme disease, which weakened his body and immune system.  He started practicing Tai Chi and Yoga to bring him back to his prior athletic activities.  After years of practice, he realized his love for these movement therapies and became a certified to teach Yoga and Tai Chi.  He has been teaching these activities for over 7 years.  Steven is excited to bring all of his background knowledge to the community to enhance the physical therapy experience.  As an avid lifelong learner, he is always researching the most up to date practices to employ in the physical therapy setting.   Steven lives in South Whitehall where he loves to spend time with his wife and two dogs.

Lauren Wandzilak, PTA

Physical Therapy Assistant

Lauren is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant from Summit Hill, PA.  She became interested in the field after her father had a dirt bike accident and fractured his clavicle and suffered a high ankle sprain. Helping her father recover sparked her interest in pursuing a career in physical therapy. As a PTA, she looks forward to helping patients have a great rehab experience and to return to their full abilities.
