Kyle Lance is one of the co-founders of Transform Rehabilitation. Achieving his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Scranton, Kyle utilizes an all-encompassing and evidence based approach to treating his patients. He has a passion for orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric patients. Having treated athletes of all ages and abilities from childhood to retired olympians; his experience allows him to deliver a personalized approach for each individual. Kyle spends his free time running, working out, and hanging out with his girlfriend and dog. He currently resides in Washington, NJ and is a diehard Eagles fan.
Thomas Fraind, PT, DPT
Owner, Physical Therapist
Thomas N. Fraind is one of two co-founders of Transform Rehabilitation. A doctor in physical therapy, Thomas embraces the concept of evidence-based practice. He utilizes current research to incorporate scientifically validated methods into his daily practice. Thomas has experience with treating neurological, vestibular, concussion, and orthopedic patients in multiple settings. Thomas is also an avid “gym rat” having over 15 years of personal experience with weightlifting, sports performance, and nutrition. His hobbies are complementary to his practice which creates passion for his expertise. He currently resides in Catasauqua, PA.
Erica Smith, RD, LDN
Erica Smith is a Licensed Registered Dietitian. She graduated from Cedar Crest College with a B.S. in Nutrition, and completed 1200+ hours of her dietetic internship through The College of Saint Elizabeth. She uses evidenced-based research to conduct nutrition assessments and implement interventions, working with many different disease states including diabetes and obesity. She also has a passion for sports nutrition. She has been working as a clinical dietitian for the last 4 years. In her spare time, she enjoys running. She currently resides in Bethlehem, PA.
Steven Guthrie, PTA
Physical Therapy Assistant
Steven Guthrie is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. Steven has a passion for movement based therapy. When he was 19, he got Lyme disease, which weakened his body and immune system. He started practicing Tai Chi and Yoga to bring him back to his prior athletic activities. After years of practice, he realized his love for these movement therapies and became a certified to teach Yoga and Tai Chi. He has been teaching these activities for over 5 years. Steven is excited to bring all of his background knowledge to the community to enhance the physical therapy experience. As an avid lifelong learner, he is always researching the most up to date practices to employ in the physical therapy setting. Steven lives in South Whitehall where he loves to spend time with his wife and two dogs.
